Differences in Vinyl:

13oz vinyl is considered economy vinyl. It’s our thinnest backdrop material. It has a slight glare when taking photos with the flash on.

15oz vinyl backdrop material is the most commonly sold backdrop. It has little to no glare when taking photos with flash.

18oz vinyl is recommended to be used for high class elegant events with this being the highest quality vinyl to print on.

Please refrain from using screenshot logos and designs. Always download and upload the highest resolution file you have. Most of these files are emailed to you directly from your professional graphic designer.

For large print files please place your order and email onlineorders@fbprints.com your artwork include your order number. When using Google Drive please give anyone with the link access to download your files. We recommend using wetransfer.com to send large files. Include your order number in the message when sending from wetransfer.com

What’s the difference in Printing Speed & Shipping.

Printing Speed is the time it takes us to print/cut/package your items for pick-up or delivery. Shipping is the time it takes the postal service to deliver your items to your door.

When we perform a quality check we check and ensure your product was professionally designed. We go behind your designer work to make sure your design meets the following recommendations.:

What’s the difference in design service & Step and Repeat logo?

Design service is a full custom design that can be created using your own theme, color scheme and idea. Step and Repeat logo is where we step and repeat the logos you upload, red carpet style.

What’s a pole pocket?

Pole pockets are pockets we put in the backdrop by flipping the vinyl backdrop material and welding it together to hang from a banner stand or pole. It’s highly recommended to get pole pockets at the top and bottom of your backdrop when ordering a stand or plan on hanging from a stand.

What are grommets?

Grommets are very small holes inserted every 2-3 ft or as directed by customer around all 4 sides of the vinyl backdrop. Grommets are used to whole the banner by string, yties, or rope.
