By purchasing any package or design service from Fresh Baked Prints, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Design Form Requirement & Project Start

The required design form must be completed on the product page before payment is submitted.
Orders will not be accepted without a completed design form.

Design work will not begin until the design form has been fully completed and submitted.

If additional space is needed, all remaining information must be sent in one email reply to your purchase receipt.
Multiple emails will not be accepted and will be counted as revisions.

2. Turnaround Times

• Design: 5 business days
• Proofs/Revisions: 2 business days per revision
• Printing: 2 business days after final approval

All turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays in design, printing, or shipping do not qualify for refunds. Please plan accordingly.

3. Design Service Agreement

Payment covers the designer’s time, labor, and creative expertise — not a guaranteed personal preference or approval.

Design is a collaborative and subjective process.

4. Proofs & Revisions Policy

• Each order includes two (2) proofs/revisions
• Additional revisions are $75 per email change

Revision Structure:

• One email = one revision
• Each email may include up to 10 changes
• All changes in that email will be completed together and counted as one proof/revision

Clients are strongly encouraged to submit clear inspiration, wording, and direction upfront.

5. No Refund Policy (Design Services)

If you are not satisfied after the included revisions:
No refunds will be issued.

Fresh Baked Prints does not offer refunds based on personal taste, opinion, or preference.

6. Design Fees & Order Cancellation Policy

Once design work has started, all design time is non-refundable.

If you choose not to proceed with printing after design has begun:

• A $100 design fee per item will be charged
• Additional revision fees may apply
• Any remaining balance will be refunded after all design fees are deducted

7. Final Sale Acknowledgment

Once design work has started, the order is considered in progress and non-refundable in full under any circumstances.

8. Product & Package Disclaimers

• Archway stands are NOT included in packages
  • Available for purchase: $125
  • Recommended for indoor use only
• Floor decal / dance floor (if included):
  • Covers printing only
  • Fresh Baked Prints does not provide installation
  • A trusted local installer is available for Metro Detroit clients upon request
• Shipped products may contain fold lines due to packaging and shipping methods

9. Ownership of Design Work

All designs remain the property of Fresh Baked Prints until the full balance is paid.

Editable, print-ready, or high-resolution files will not be released for outside use unless purchased separately and agreed upon in writing.

10. Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Fresh Baked Prints reserves the right to use completed designs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Order Completion & Storage Policy

Due to limited storage space, all completed orders must be picked up within 7 days of the scheduled pickup date.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe may no longer be stored or guaranteed.

12. Agreement to Terms

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions listed above.
