What’s a Quality Check?

When we perform a quality check we check and ensure your product was professionally designed. We go behind your designer work to make sure your design meets the following recommendations.:
300 Resolution
⅛” Bleed
CMYK Color Mode
Designed at the size being Printed.
Saved as a Jpeg WITHOUT crop marks.

Quality checks DO NOT include grammar or spelling check.

If quality check is not selected we will not look over your artwork and PRINT AS IS.

How does the design service work?

After your order is placed. You will be emailed and/or text a design form to fill out. Your design speed doesn’t start until you fill out the design form and submit it back to us. You will receive your first proof in 1 business day or 2 business days depending on the speed you selected. Printing speed will begin after you send approved to your proof. You can let your designer know at the time of approval when you need your items printed and we will send you the price difference if we have to increase your printing or shipping speed to meet your deadline.

What’s the difference in Printing Speed & Shipping?

Printing Speed is the time it takes us to print/cut/package your items for pick-up or delivery. Shipping is the time it takes the postal service to deliver your items to your door.
